Prize Giving Ceremonies
Prize Givings are mandatory for the top 3 competitors in each competition. Presentations are in principle held directly after each competition, but please see attached presentation schedule

Startlists and results will be available closer to the event.
Please check after 5PM on Saturday 25nd May for the FINAL Start list.
Freestyles
All athletes are to upload their music via Horse Sport Technology https://horsesporttechnology.au/uploads/. Please choose the Melba Equestrian Club event and fill in the form. Sound Checks will be held at 7:00AM in the morning and Music must be submitted prior to the Sound Check.
Canteen
A full canteen menu is attached to this information. Please support the canteen as all proceeds go to supporting this show in order to keep the cost of entries low. EFT is available.
Little Frankie’s Coffee Van will be in attendance.
Parking
Float Parking is available in the indicated area behind the club house. From Warburton Highway, turn left at the first fork, and drive around the oval perimeter to the second drive way after the arena. This will ensure that you are facing down hill in case of wet grass. Please drive slowly.
Overflow parking is available in the field adjacent to the grass warm-up arenas.
Camping overnight is permitted, but no power / water is available.
Yards
Please see attached allocation plan. Riders who have not pre-booked yards may book a yard at the Secretary’s office at a cost of $10 pending availability.
Spectators
This venue is on Public Land. Please be courteous to Spectators and members of the Public. Abuse of spectators will not be tolerated.
Sound Checks
Sound checks will be carried out at 7am on the morning of competition. Sound checks are strictly unmounted. A steward will be present to conduct the sound check.
Competitors will be able to walk around the arena to listen to their music.

FAQs
What horse facilities are available at the Wesburn Park?
The horse facilities include most things you would expect of a recreational riding facility. There is are yards, horse wash, round yard, large riversand arena and larger grass arena. A fully stocked canteen and coffee van will be available for business for riders and supporters.
I’ve never heard of this event before, is it new?
Not quite, we ran a successful event last year, however it is still a young event. We hope to see you there.
Which arenas will be used for which competitions?
All FEI competitions will be in the sand arena, and all introductory competitions will be in grass arenas. The national EA competitions could be in either depending on the numbers, but favouring the sand arena where possible.
Where is Wesburn?
Wesburn is between Yarra Junction and Warburton on the Warburton Highway, about 60 minutes from the CBD.
Is there accommodation near by?
